ZXEarn Terms & Conditions – Clear and straightforward, in plain language

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement governing use of the ZXEarn platform (website and mobile app) and apply to all users. By accessing the platform, opening an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have accepted these terms.

ZXEarn is an online betting and gaming platform operating under an international license. The platform is specifically designed for Bangladeshi users and offers a full service experience in Bengali. All services, offers, and features on ZXEarn are governed by these Terms and Conditions.

In addition to these Terms & Conditions, ZXEarn's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any separate terms for specific promotions apply equally. In the event of a conflict, the separately stated terms will take precedence.

To create an account on ZXEarn, you must provide accurate and complete information. ZXEarn reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account registered with false or misleading details and to forfeit the balance associated with that account.

One person – one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, with the same mobile number, or from the same device is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this rule will result in all associated accounts being closed.

After registration, ZXEarn may conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This process can include verifying your national ID, proof of date of birth, or mobile number. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

• Keeping your account password confidential is solely your responsibility.
• Sharing your account with any third party is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without your permission, contact ZXEarn immediately.
• To change the mobile number registered on your account, please contact support.

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account and place bets on ZXEarn. No one under this age is permitted to use the platform. This rule applies without exception to protect minors.

Residents of countries or regions where ZXEarn's services are prohibited are not permitted to use the platform. ZXEarn reserves the right to impose geo-restrictions as necessary.

You can deposit on ZXEarn via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. The minimum deposit is ৳50. Funds are usually credited to your balance instantly after depositing. If there's a delay due to a technical issue, please contact support.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100, with a maximum of ৳50,000 per day. Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 seconds to 2 hours. For larger amounts, a mandatory security verification applies, which may take additional time.

Deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party mobile banking accounts will not be accepted and may be returned. The name on your ZXEarn account must match the name on the payment source.

• ZXEarn charges no transaction fees – however, your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.
• ZXEarn reserves the right to correct any erroneous credits made due to a technical error.
• Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once submitted – so please make sure the amount and account details are correct before confirming.
• Separate limits apply for crypto payments, including USDT.

Once a bet placed on ZXEarn is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, unless ZXEarn itself cancels it under exceptional circumstances. Please review all details on the bet slip carefully before confirming your bet.

If a match or event is cancelled, postponed, or significantly altered from its scheduled format, the relevant bet will be declared void and the stake refunded. For accumulator bets, the voided selection will be removed and the remaining odds will be recalculated accordingly.

Odds change rapidly in live betting. If a bet cannot be confirmed at the odds displayed when placed, ZXEarn will show the updated odds and give you the option to accept or decline.

• Maximum bet limits may vary depending on the market and event.
• ZXEarn reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error.
• A user's winnings from a single event may not exceed the set maximum payout limit.
• Once a cashout is confirmed, it cannot be reversed.

ZXEarn offers a range of promotions including a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, cashback, and daily activity rewards. Each bonus has its own terms and validity period, all of which are detailed on the rewards page.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. The bonus amount becomes withdrawable only after completing the required wagering (typically 5–10x). For example: a ৳500 bonus with 5x wagering means you must place ৳2,500 in bets.

Every promotion must be claimed and used within a specified time window. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires. Violating the bonus terms may result in the forfeiture of both the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Users may close their ZXEarn account at any time by contacting ZXEarn Support. Before closing, it is advisable to withdraw any real-money balance (excluding bonuses) still in the account. Whether a closed account can be reopened depends on the reason for its closure.

ZXEarn may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If the Terms & Conditions are violated.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected.
• If evidence of creating multiple accounts is found.
• If money laundering or suspicious financial activity is detected.
• If registration was completed using false information.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ZXEarn platform and may result in immediate account closure:

• Match Fixing: Placing bets connected to any attempt to artificially influence the outcome of a sporting event.
• Bot Usage: Using automated software or bots to place bets.
• Account Sharing: Multiple individuals sharing a single account.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to exploit bonuses without meeting the required terms.
• Chargeback Fraud: Disputing a payment after a deposit has been made.
• Hacking or System Manipulation: Attempting to compromise platform security.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.

If ZXEarn detects such activity, it reserves the right to report it to the relevant law enforcement authorities and is obligated to provide all related information.
